Easy Read
We aim to make all of the content on our site easy to read. We use plain English and avoid using technical terms, abbreviations or jargon. When we do use terms which may not be easy to understand, we include an explanation in plain English in brackets, e.g. consultant (senior doctor).

Translation and easy read

Adobe Acrobat Documents (PDF files)

The site contains some Adobe Acrobat or PDF (Portable Document Format) documents. To view these documents you will need a recent version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you do not have it you can the download Acrobat Reader from the Adobe website free of charge.
